Jessica Korff - Award-winning photographer. Keynote speaker. Author.

Jessica Korff helps women and leaders interrupt the inherited patterns running their lives

— through the camera, the stage, and now the page.

The voice telling you you're not enough was never yours to begin with, it's time to interrupt it.

Capable, driven, and quietly at war with herself.

Jessica Korff has spent years in rooms with that woman. As a boudoir and branding photographer, a leader of professional teams, a speaker, and long before any of that — as someone who lived it herself. The pattern she kept seeing wasn't unique to one industry or one kind of woman. It showed up everywhere. In the entrepreneur who kept lowering her prices. In the leader whose team was quietly bracing for her. In the mother standing in front of a mirror picking herself apart while her daughter watched.

What she eventually understood — through her own work, her own unraveling, and nearly two decades of watching it show up in every room she walked into — is that the war wasn't hers to begin with. It was inherited. Handed down by people who were handed it first, dressed up as personality, instinct, and truth.

That understanding became a framework. The framework became a book. And the book became a platform.

Jessica is the author of Fear-Script: From Fear to Fierce — a memoir-framework hybrid about the inherited stories that keep women at war with themselves, and what it looks like to finally interrupt them. Her framework is called Unscripting — the moment a woman sees an inherited Script for what it is, and discovers she has more choice than she realized.

She brings that framework to stages as a keynote speaker. Her talk for women business owners, The Glass Ceiling Is You, shows entrepreneurs how to stop letting inherited fear make their business decisions — from the pricing page to the launch date to the client they said yes to when every instinct said no. Her corporate keynote, Script Interrupted, helps leaders recognize the inherited patterns running their leadership — and discover that once you can see a pattern, you can interrupt it before your team pays the price.

Jessica is a mother of four daughters. That is not a footnote — it is the reason. Everything she does is in service of the line she wrote at the front of her book:

May you never shrink to be loved.

She is based in Tucson, Arizona. Clients travel from across the US to work with her inside her studio.

KEYNOTE 01 — WOMEN' IN BUSINESS

THE GLASS CEILING IS YOU: How to Stop Subconsciously Sabotaging Your Business

You've done the work. You've invested in the strategy, the coaching, the courses. You show up consistently and you know your craft. And still something keeps getting in the way.

It's not your offer. It's not your market. It's not your work ethic.

It's the inherited story running underneath all of it. The one that lowers your prices before the client even pushes back. That says yes to the wrong-fit client because no felt dangerous. That keeps your next launch in almost ready for six more months. That makes you smaller in the room when someone more confident walks in.

Most coaching will addresses the symptom. This talk goes to the source — because you cannot fix a business problem that's actually a Human Script with a business address.

After this keynote, audiences will:

  • Recognize that what looks like a strategy problem, a confidence problem, or a pricing problem is often an inherited Script running underneath it

  • Learn to identify those patterns in real time — in the client call, the proposal, the moment before they hit send.

  • Discover they can interrupt a pattern before it runs the next decision with one question, one pause, one moment of awareness

  • Leave with five specific practices they can use before their next client conversation, their next launch, their next pricing decision

The Key Message: The Scripts holding your business back were never yours to begin with. And once you see them — you finally get to choose differently.

Business themes addressed: Pricing and worth · Visibility and self-promotion · Decision-making under fear · Boundaries with clients · Perfectionism and procrastination · Money mindset · Confidence as a leadership skillin transition · Retreats for women who are ready to stop living inside someone else's story

Perfect for: Women's business conferences · Chamber of Commerce events · Women in Real Estate, Healthcare, Finance, and Creative industries · Entrepreneur and solopreneur summits · Women's networking organizations · Business owner masterminds

KEYNOTE 02 — CORPORATE / LEADERSHIP AUDIENCES

SCRIPT INTERRUPTED: How the Leaders Who Know Their Patterns Build Teams That Actually Stay

Reactive leadership is expensive. Teams that go quiet. High performers who leave for somewhere they felt seen. Exit interviews that blindside you. Most leadership development tries to teach new behaviors on top of old patterns. This framework goes one level deeper — it teaches leaders to recognize the Scripts driving those patterns in the first place.

You cannot interrupt a pattern you cannot see. But once you can see it, the pause becomes possible. And the pause is where better leadership lives — and where your team finally gets to breathe.

The Scripts running your leadership weren't born in you. They were handed to you — by the culture you were raised in, the managers who shaped you, the organizations you survived. And until you can see them, you hand them forward. To your team. To your culture. To the people who are deciding right now whether to stay.

After this keynote, audiences will:

  • Recognize that the reactive patterns running their leadership were inherited, not chosen

  • Learn to identify those patterns in real time — in the performance review, the team conflict, the moment someone goes quiet

  • Discover they can interrupt a pattern before it runs with one question, one pause, one moment of awareness

  • Understand that when a leader interrupts the Script, everyone in their orbit experiences a different kind of safety

  • Leave with five specific leadership habits they can use starting Monday morning

Key message: Culture isn't built by what a leader intends. It's built by what a leader hasn't examined.

Corporate themes addressed: Psychological safety · Culture and retention · Resilient leadership · Change management · Communication · Reducing reactive leadership · Building teams that stay

Perfect for: Leadership conferences · Corporate women's programs · ERGs · HR and people strategy initiatives · Teams navigating change, burnout, or rebuilding trust · Executive leadership development

FEATURED TALK OR ADD-ON WORKSHOP— CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP · GROWTH · CONFLICT & DIVISION

THE POWER OF WHAT IF Five Questions That Change How You See Everyone — Including Yourself

Verdict closes doors. Curiosity opens them. And where there is possibility, there is always choice.

This talk is built around five questions — five What Ifs — that change how you enter a difficult conversation, see a person you don't understand, and show up for yourself. Starting with a story about a lion, a zebra, and the grass they're standing on, Jessica shows how the same moment can contain three completely different truths — and how the discomfort of holding that is exactly where judgment, shame, and division live.

Every time you move from verdict to curiosity — from why are they doing this to what if — a door that was closed becomes possible. The talk ends where it always should: turned inward. Because the most powerful What If in the room is the one nobody thought to ask themselves.

You'll leave knowing:

  • Why two things can be true at once — and why sitting with that changes everything

  • The one question that replaces judgment with grace without requiring agreement

  • How to move from verdict to curiosity in your next difficult conversation.

  • What it looks like to extend the same What If to yourself

Key message: Verdict closes doors. Curiosity opens them. And where there is possibility, there is always choice.

Perfect for: Conscious leadership events · Mental health and therapy podcasts · Vulnerability and self-growth panels · DEI conversations · Faith communities · Political and civic organizations · Any room where division or conflict is the presenting problem · Podcast guest appearances

THE BOOK

FEAR-SCRIPT: FROM FEAR TO FIERCE Coming Soon

Jessica has known the title of this book since 2017. She wrote it down one morning before coffee and set it aside for when it was time. It took six more years of living, leading, photographing women, and doing her own work before she understood what she had been waiting for.

Fear-Script: From Fear to Fierce is part memoir, part framework, part guide. It follows Jessica from a childhood shaped by abuse and silence — and the Scripts those years wrote into her body — through the decade she spent photographing women who arrived in her studio apologizing for taking up space, to the moment she understood that the pattern wasn't personal. It was inherited. And inherited patterns can be interrupted.

The book teaches the same framework as the keynote: how to recognize the Script, face it, and stop handing it to the next generation.

It is written for: The woman who has been told she is too much. The woman who has been silenced, scapegoated, or asked to play small for so long it started to feel like who she is. The woman who has spent years showing up for everyone else and is quietly exhausted by it. The woman who suspects that the voice telling her she's not enough was never actually hers.

"Fierce is not the absence of fear. It's what you've been doing all along — with the fear still in the room."
