Jessica Korff - Award-winning photographer. Keynote speaker. Author.

Jessica Korff helps women and leaders interrupt the inherited patterns running their lives

— through the camera, the stage, and now the page.

The voice telling you you're not enough was never yours to begin with.

Jessica Korff spent over a decade photographing women who came into her studio unable to look at themselves — women who apologized for existing in the room, who had spent years performing a version of themselves that was smaller, quieter, and more palatable than who they actually were.

She noticed a pattern.

The same one.

Over and over again.

Women who had achieved real things still could not get on their own side.

That pattern became a framework.

The framework became a keynote.

And the keynote became a book.

Jessica is a Tucson-based boudoir and branding photographer with over a decade of experience, a multi-award-winning artist, and an internationally published entrepreneur. She is also the author of Fear-Script: From Fear to Fierce — a memoir-framework hybrid about the inherited stories that keep women at war with themselves, and what it looks like to finally interrupt them.

Her keynote, Unscripting, takes audiences through the mechanics of how these stories get handed down — from generation to generation, dressed up as personality, instinct, and truth. She speaks to women's conferences, corporate leadership programs, and any room full of women who have been showing up for everyone else and are quietly exhausted by it.

Her corporate keynote, Script Interrupted, takes the same framework into organizational leadership — helping leaders recognize the reactive patterns driving their decisions before they realize it, and discover that pause is where better leadership lives.

Jessica is a mother of four daughters. That is not a footnote — it is the reason. Everything she does is in service of the line she wrote at the front of her book:

May you never shrink to be loved.

She is based in Tucson, Arizona.

Clients travel from across the US to work with her inside her studio.

She also teaches other photographers how stop being starving artists and become high touch profitable business owners.

Jessica is an award-winning and internationally published portrait & branding photographer, and the Founder of Success REfashiond Magazine

and has been featured as a Woman of Impact by Impact of Southern Arizona, received both the Best and Favorite Photographer Award in her local Reader's Choice Awards.

She has been with her husband for over 10 years and is mom to 4 incredible, creative and strong-minded girls.

Jessica speaks about the Scripts — the inherited stories about worth, visibility, and belonging that were handed to us before we had words to question them. Her framework helps audiences recognize those patterns in real time, interrupt them before they run, and stop passing them to the next generation.

KEYNOTE 01 — WOMEN'S AUDIENCES

UNSCRIPTING How to Recognize the Patterns Running Your Life and Finally Choose Differently

The voice telling you you're not enough? It was never yours. It was handed to you — by someone who was handed it first. This talk is about seeing that clearly, for what may be the first time.

Jessica walks audiences through the mechanics of how inherited Scripts operate — the hesitation, the shrinking, the freezing that looks like a personality but is actually a pattern — and shows them the moment where choice becomes possible. Not the moment the fear disappears. The moment you stop letting it hold the pen.

After this keynote, audiences will:

  • Realize that the voice telling them they're too much, not enough, or not ready was never theirs — it was handed down

  • Learn to recognize the patterns that Script created in their daily life — the adjusting, the performing, the going small

  • Start to choose differently — because seeing the Script is the moment choice becomes possible

  • Have a practical tool to interrupt a pattern before it runs: one question, one pause, one moment of awareness

  • Understand that interrupting their Script means their daughters won't have to carry it

The practical takeaway: The next time you feel a fear response activate — before you react, ask one question: "Is this mine, or was I handed this?"

Perfect for: Women's conferences · Leadership development · Women in transition · Retreats for women who are ready to stop living inside someone else's story

KEYNOTE 02 — CORPORATE / LEADERSHIP AUDIENCES

SCRIPT INTERRUPTED How the Leaders Who Know Their Patterns Change Everything

Reactive leadership is expensive. The need to control. The hesitation to be visible. The never-enough that drives overwork. Most leadership development tries to teach new behaviors. This framework goes one level deeper — it teaches leaders to recognize the Scripts driving the old ones.

You cannot interrupt a pattern you cannot see. But once you can see it, pause becomes possible. And pause is where better leadership lives.

After this keynote, audiences will:

  • Realize that the reactive patterns running their leadership were handed to them, not born in them

  • Learn to recognize those patterns in real time — in the performance review, the team conflict, the moment of change

  • Discover they can interrupt a pattern before it runs with one question, one pause, one moment of awareness

  • Start to lead differently — because when a leader interrupts the Script, everyone in her orbit gets to breathe differently

Key message: Pause and curiosity aren't soft skills. They're the most expensive skills a leader can be missing.

Corporate themes addressed: Change management · Resilience as a business strategy · Psychological safety · Culture and retention · Communication · Future-ready teams

Perfect for: Corporate women's programs · Leadership conferences · HR and culture initiatives · Teams navigating change, burnout, or rebuilding trust

THE BOOK

FEAR-SCRIPT: FROM FEAR TO FIERCE Coming Soon

Jessica has known the title of this book since 2017. She wrote it down one morning before coffee and set it aside for when it was time. It took six more years of living, leading, photographing women, and doing her own work before she understood what she had been waiting for.

Fear-Script: From Fear to Fierce is part memoir, part framework, part guide. It follows Jessica from a childhood shaped by abuse and silence — and the Scripts those years wrote into her body — through the decade she spent photographing women who arrived in her studio apologizing for taking up space, to the moment she understood that the pattern wasn't personal. It was inherited. And inherited patterns can be interrupted.

The book teaches the same framework as the keynote: how to recognize the Script, face it, and stop handing it to the next generation.

It is written for: The woman who has been told she is too much. The woman who has been silenced, scapegoated, or asked to play small for so long it started to feel like who she is. The woman who has spent years showing up for everyone else and is quietly exhausted by it. The woman who suspects that the voice telling her she's not enough was never actually hers.

"Fierce is not the absence of fear. It's what you've been doing all along — with the fear still in the room."
